I am very new to Steemit, but I have a very basic, dumb question. I have had about 30 posts so far, and some show some small amounts of money reflected. (see image below)
But, when I check my wallet it looks exactly the same as when I started. (see pic at the bottom)
What the heck am I doing wrong???
I am choosing power up for all posts.
My wallet:
a few tips as well dont power up your posts do the 50/50 option and when you get steem dollars use those to buy steem in the open market in your wallet under the steem option
So, if I do 50/50 I will get then I will get money that I can use to buy Steem ?. That is what I actually ant to do most.
each posts pays out after 7 days. then the balance will be transfered to your account. best of luck my friend
As the other user said, you have to wait a week to get the payouts for your post. You'll also split a bit of what it says you've earned with the people who have upvoted your post, in case you didn't know.
