That's because @bitton is actually presenting incorrect information. Minnowbooster and @upme do not allow upvotes on content older than 3.5 days.
I recommend checking this page out.
I'll talk to him!@geekorner I just saw that he said @upme upvotes posts who are older than even 5 days. while it's - "Posts cannot be older than 3 Day(s) 12 Hour(s)"
If they don't allow it, it means you cant do it, therefore no downvote from grumpycat.
