Love in Hebrew is Ahavah, but as in other languages it changes depending on who loves (who or what)
I is Ani - You is ot-kha (if the person being spoken to is male)
I is Ani - You is ot-akh (if the person being spoken to is female)
But you cannot just say "ani ahavah otkha"
The verb love changes depending on who is loving and to whom they are loving (to a man or woman)
I am a man and I love my wife - so I will say: Ani oh-hev ot-akh
I will not write them all here
The complexity is there, but children understand as they use the language with parents and siblings. So, it is able to be achieved.
(I would love to see the Americans try to fit their 32 genders into Spanish or Hebrew)
Awww thankyou so much for such great answer.
