I'm so excited to write about this. The homepage of my phone actually means a lot to me. When you pick up my phone you can almost get jealous,lol... For the longest of time, the homepage of my phone has been quite predictable. I use either a beautiful picture of me or a generic photo from the gallery. I remind myself I'm a damsel and I celebrate myself on my homescreen. And when I don't use my picture the random generic factory photos work for me. Nothing special, nothing major, just random stuff.
A few months ago though, I changed the picture to a Snapchat shot of me and the love of my life. Yessss the love of my life!
I've been in many relationships before now, none has made it that far. Lol... Trust me being on my homepage is a reach, if I have doubts bout a man, I don't show him off.
But now my heart feels at home. He shows me off unashamedly and I'm not afraid to do same.
The best part is how goofy we get. This picture reminds me every time that I'm with my friend, and play mate. I'm in a happy place and even sometimes when I have a bad day, I look at it and the day doesn't feel so bad after all.
Its comforting and gives me butterflies all the time to look at us in our elements being cute and in love.
