There are actually several simple ways to prevent heart attacks which have become one of the deadliest diseases in the world. Actually, this disease can be prevented from the outset. Do not smoke

Smoking is a poison that can kill us at any time. It may initially be very hard to let go of cigarette addiction, but we will certainly be healthier without tobacco.

Is it possible to stay healthy without exercises at all? Certainly not. Instead, we will be infected with many diseases if we never exercise.
