Ingredients:
Champignons 300 g
Potatoes 600 g
Onion 200g
Olive oil 40 ml
Water 1,5 l
Cream 20% (fat yogurt) 1 glass
Salt, black pepper to taste
Preparation:
- Peel potatoes, cut into small pieces.
- Pour the potatoes into the water, salt, boil until cooked.
- Finely chop onion.
- Cut the mushrooms.
- Fry the onion in olive oil.
- Add the mushrooms, sprinkle a little. Fry until all the liquid has evaporated.
- Then the potatoes (water drain) and mushrooms are ground in a blender.
- Pour the soup into a saucepan, add cream, pepper a little.
