I’ve always been interested in essential oils but just recently was introduced to an entire world that essential oils can help in everyday life!
Did you know that some of the most toxic items in your household in the laundry room and kitchen can be swapped out for non toxic essential oil based products?
Not only that, but essential oils can also add flavor to your plate. Many oils can be used to flavor your dishes when cooking, or my favorite, turn boring water into a fruity glass of refreshing liquid!
A great way to get started is to grab a premium starter kit which includes oils that you otherwise might not try but will quickly get addicted to!
