Forever young!! The secret exercise from Tibet.

This exercise is practiced by Tibetan monks at one of Tibetan temples. It takes 5 minutes only. It supports all endocrine glands, which produce hormones as at 25-30 years of age.
This gymnastic is very simple. The only thing required is to wake up early ( before 6 am) This exercise is for all ages, especially for elder ones. So let's get started!!
Try to wake up slowly without alarm . This way your body will not get shocked. Stay in a bed.

1 .Rubbing your hands. Rub your hands for a few seconds until they become hot. At the same time you can check your bio-field. If your hands are cold and wet, then there is a serious problem in your body. But no matter what you should do this exercise , it will help you to get rid of diseases.
Palming. Put the hot palm of your hands on closed eyes. You should press it by 1 second 30 times. After keep your hands on the eyes for 30 seconds. If you have poor eyesight, then hold the hands up to 2 minutes. Feed your eyes with energy. Your vision will get better .

  1. "Pump” ears. Put the palm of your hands on the ears and press 30 times as well.

  2. Facelift. Put your finger behind the ear, hand in a fist and start a face-lift from the chin to the ears, try to press harder , massage it, 30 times as well. This exercise will lift your face .

  3. Massage the forehead. Right hand on forehead, and the left hand on top. Rub from the left to the right, 30 times as well.

  4. Head Massage. Keep your hands same ( left hand on top) and try to move them over your head ( keeping them together) without touching your head . Same 30 times. And then from the left to the right from one ear to another ( keeping hands together) 30 times. Head should be slightly up. This exercise normalizes blood pressure, strengthens arm muscles.

6 . Thyroid gland . Right hand put on the thyroid gland, left hand on top . Now both your hands move to the abdomen( always leave your hands on ) , back and forth 30 times. After massage the stomach counterclockwise 30 times.
Hands and feet up, shake them a little. Massage your legs and feet as it shows on video . Also 30 times
And that is it!
