I love simple meals! Good stuff :)

Have you tried non-dairy milks such as almond milk, oat milk etc? There are numerous health benefits with non-dairy milk. Here's one reason why it might be good to re-consider dairy milk: https://nutritionfacts.org/2017/01/31/why-is-milk-consumption-associated-with-more-bone-fractures/
