Since I lost about 40 lbs in the past few months being really depressed.. like I had NO appetite and I just lay in bed mostly. so now I am really trying to pack on some weight (even if its all fat) My goal is to get back to 180 lbs., but I've always felt 200 lbs is the comfortable size for me.
we shall see..
ps. if u look back 5 days, you'll see that I weighed 147 lbs. so 1 lb in 5 days? I'll take it!💪😉🤙
