Pursuant of a "healthy" diet is really hard to define. If I told you to take a look at my lunch in the picture, what would you say about it's degree of healthiness? We have two boiled eggs, avocado's on brown bread, some oats with fat free yogurt and one strawberry. All traditionally "healthy" foods but there's always an element of moderation to this label. Let me explain.
Healthy foods can become healthy if not consumed in "healthy" amounts. The body requires a set amount of nutrients each day to function optimally and perform all the tasks which would constitute a healthy body.
Interesting, I share your idea about the optimal amount of consumption so that they really provide the necessary nutrients. It is also very important to know the "Traceability" of the food to know the production conditions

Sensible moderation of food is key to maintaining a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. It involves enjoying a variety of foods in appropriate portions while being mindful of nutritional needs. Incorporating occasional indulgences can be part of a balanced approach. Remembering to listen to your body's cues and staying hydrated are also essential components.
