Generally, before you begin your day, at or before breakfast you can take a spoonful of coconut oil. You can repeat this as many times you want throughout the day... at tea time and at night, for instance. You could also use it to substitute olive oil or any oil you use for salads or for cooking (I wouldn't recommend it for fried food anyway). The coconut oil invigorates the brain so that it becomes more alert; the idea is that supplying the brain with some extra fuel might make it run better.

Yep! Not that I drink olive oil in a spoon every day LOL, but yes, you would eat it pretty much like it! :)
