Good evening, dear friends of this beautiful community, we continue with the challenge of health #healthchallenge of @healthsquared and @sweetsssj, who in this fourth week is about cooking a healthy recipe (not a dessert)...
A healthy diet consists of eating a variety of foods that provide you with the nutrients you need to stay healthy, feel good and have energy. These nutrients include proteins, carbohydrates, fats, water, vitamins and minerals.
If we have a healthy and balanced diet, we will maintain our body in good health, that if healthy eating should be accompanied by physical activity and sufficient water intake to achieve a healthy body.
My recipe for today is:
CROQUETAS DE LENTEJAS
INGREDIENTS:
- Lentils.
- Peppers.
- Sweet pepper.
- Cebollin.
- Oregano.
- Garlic.
- Onion.
- Egg.
- Salt to taste.
- Cheese

PREPARATION:
1.- The lentils are soaked during the night.
2.- The lentils are washed, strained and processed in the blender together with the egg and the respective dressings.
3.- They are made arepa type, and they are placed in a baking tray or in the budare.
4.- In my case, prepare them in the budare, when being golden on one side it turns and cooks on the other, when you take out you put striped cheese on top.
And enjoy some delicious and healthy croquettes.
