Nurse Alex Wubbles who was arrested and dragged out of her E.R. for doing her job has settled her case out of court. The settlement will be split between Salt Lake City and the University of Utah who owns the hospital.
I think the city should take that money out of the police department's annual budget. But unfortunately it will be the taxpayers who will foot the bill for this gross miscarriage of justice.
It just goes to show how incredible of a person Nurse Wubbels is. If it were me I would be out for blood. She plans to use part of the money to help fund legal help for others trying to get body camera video. And use some money in an effort to help prevent harassment and abuse toward nurses.
What an amazing person. She truly has the heart of a servant.
The officer who was fired is appealing his termination.
The Lieutenant who ordered the arrest was demoted.
Let me know what you guys think in the comments.

Love Always,
I am usually pro police but this was a case where there was clearly gross misconduct from the police and I'm glad something was done about it the other guy should have been fired too and not just demoted. And as far as her, well she's a better person than I because by the time I was done with them the dept would be named after me
so glad she prosocuted them!
Wow they got off easy.
