Nutrition Vlog 1: Transitioning in Ketosis/Ketogenic Diet

How I transition into a state of nutritional ketosis from my normal carbohydrate base diet after being keto adapted in the past.

I do a low carb Intermittent Fasting (18/6) and a four day fasting every changing season! I also do +25 minute HIIT every 2/3 days all year around. But I do really like this "metabolic flexibility of the body" concept.
Question: For how long do you advise to stay in a ketogenic diet until I change again to a low carb IF?

It really depends on how long it takes to become keto adapted, initially it took me 6wks of a strict ketogenic diet for blood ketones/glucose to consistently stay in the ketogenic range. With the IF+four day fasts you may be able to transition to keto fairly quickly but the only way to know for sure is to take blood measurements and then correlate them with how you feel.
