I always wondered what do I really eat in restaurants because something bothered me. It was one question that was always in my head. If something is "healthy", "natural", "low fat", how can it be so delicious and mouthwatering in restaurants but not so much at home. Well I know we all know the answer to that question especially after reading your post. I tend to get frustrated because I really want to eat healthy with a poor choice of food around me or no choice at all.

So I tend to stay with food that is made as simple as it can be made. And then maybe season it with olive oil, pepper, paprika or vinegar. I don't go often to restaurants but when I do, I tend to eat just like I eat at home. Healthy and fresh.
