Lately, this has been the go-to recipe for quick meal replacements and snacks.
It's high in calories, loaded with nutrients, and all natural.
Best part, no sugar or dairy added, just a bit of water!

I avoid putting anything besides fruit in my smoothies. I'm looking to getting back to our species specific diet which is pretty much fruitarian. I've resumed drinking smoothies everyday.
