Consistency and mindset is truly the fundament of any exercise-regime, once you have those to in place there really is nothing stopping you from taking your training to where you want it to.

Overall good post, especially like "walk in strong, walk out stronger", would say that's true for anything in life. "Smooth sea never made a skilled sailor".

I agree that consistency and mindset are the fundamental components of any exercise-regime and would even take it further and say that they are the fundamental components of just about anything we pursue in life! Your thoughts are very insightful!
