Great article with good information. It took me many years to finally realized how to eat healthy. On the internet, library and everywhere we go there are false information and confusing information. Truths are not welcome by the industry, and shareholders. They have only one objective which is to make money. Finally, I understand. To eat healthy is to eat "Plant-based Whole Food."

I find it difficult to believe that a totally plant based diet is the only way to eat healthy. The best way would be to have a variety of foods that you eat in order to get all of the nutrients that you need to stay healty.
A combination of vegetables both raw and cooked along with a variety of grains and meat would be best and leave you with fewer cravings for sweets.
I also believe that the closer to the earth your diet is the better that you are going to fèel.
By growing your own vegetables and harvesting your own meat you know what is going into the food that you are preparing and eating.
Our body is a temple; our body can also become a slaughterhouse. We are given free choice. By eating plant-based whole food, we can elevate our consciousness because our body is in alignment with the universal love and compassion, which ultimately give us the highest quality of peace and happiness. Human nature is to love. When our tummy become a tomb of dead animal, it affects our consciouness in a negative way.
