Zen music is playing softly in the background

What day is it again? Friday? No, it's actually Thursday but this dino has other plans for tomorrow.
( Almost ) another week has passed and - as us humans are keeping track of time - that simple fact is something worth mentioning.

Little Hyper has been a little distracted and a little hyper in the last 6 days for reasons that won't be mentioned on the blockchain.

I guess you could say that your favorite raptor hasn't been very mindful, aside from daily walks in nature, and that he feels like getting some kind of meditation routine going, once again. Perhaps this curation will serve as a springboard towards a more mindful state, once again.

Before we move on to a bunch of people who I recommend following, instead of the news, first make sure to

take a deep breath in...
hold your breath for a couple of seconds...
and let the air out with a sigh.

If that felt good, feel free to repeat the process.
If it didn't, you should probably do a lot more mindful breathing ;<)

Although this information isn't entirely new for me, I still feel it's a message worth sharing.

Here, @comingalive talks about trying not to let your happiness depend on other people / outside sources and of being your own cheerleader, among other things.

It's clear from this write up that she reached the point where she was fed up with what others expected of her - a struggle I'm sure many can relate to - She couldn't take it any more and had to express herself and this eventually led to amazing work:

This is something Little Hyper can pretty easily relate to ( especially thought wise ) but let's be honest, this lizard has been looking for some kind of label his entire life. If others would just get him...

The main reason I decided to share this post is the link with meditation and thought control
( no not brainwashing, that's what the government does )

The first thing you need to understand is you can't control your thoughts. So don't dwell on that. If you try more and more to control the thoughts inside your brain you state will become worse. And there is no sense in stopping these thoughts coming.
