Definitely finding something you love doing will help with the working out. For me, it's doing handstands. There are so many variations and doing them works so many different muscles. It's like the workout is a byproduct since my goal is to press up into a handstand. Good post and keep doing what you love!

Yeah I like what you mean about the ‘by product’.
That’s like my most recent transformation in 2016. I didn’t really set out for a challenge transformation, I was just really enjoying my workout routines and diet, the transformation was a by product of that.
