RE: Understanding Calories for Weight Loss

in #health7 years ago (edited)

The first law of thermodynamics states that energy can be neither created

In all seriousnes, I could probably challenge this. I don't even need to eat food, all I need is look at it and I start gaining the weight. Just like that! ;-)

NASA could use my ability for their astronauts, they would solve food storage problems in the orbit lol

But yeah, i hear you. I'm cutting carbohydrates as much as possible. Weggies have carbs also. And (like you wrote) no matter how much you exercise, if you eat too much, you will not be able to shave all extra calories with exercise.

Helps also to drink plenty of water half hour before eating (I'm adding some "organic apple cider vinegar with the mother") and what is also important but we are usually in just too big of a hurry, we should eat slow, very slow. I'm keep forgetting this part.

Your comment made me chuckle @veleje :p I like the tip of drinking a bit of water before eating so you're stomach is already a bit full of liquid which might help you manage how much you are eating - good idea!
