Awesome! Good luck with the fasting. My next task is to do a 4-day water fast. I need to fast for at least 21 hours first for about a month before I start this to get my body ready. Will post about it soon.

Thanks you very much, I appreciate that!
Good luck to you to, I'm going to follow your results, My big goal is to try 3 day dry fast in the future.
I'm so curious to see what it'll do to me haha

Dry fasting for 16hours? Wtf.
I can barely last six hours.

Hahaha haha.
Its easy as for me so far and I did 18 hours today!

Lol,man you sure you're human? I almost feel like you're not.

Yeah I'm human, I just love to experiment :)

Stay tuned for the 24 hour of dry fast next week!

I gave you a positive vote in your publication! Please, give me a follow up and I will give you a follow up in return!

I dry fast everyday for 16 hours, That means no food no water every day for 16 hours..

Thanks!

What is the benefit of no water?

I was wondering the same thing!

Watch this video :

I saw some people doing it online and I want to experiment and try it myself, Some people claim that they gain benefits while fasting. So I want to see if that's true..
