Hi, steemians social blogger here. Everyone knows health is wealth. A smart body and sharp mind will make you healthy. Today our discussion topic exercises. I told you about 5 simple exercise. I hope you will enjoy after reading this article. So let's start!

PUSHUPS

Pushups are a simple exercise. In the start, you take 3 pushups daily . after some days increase the pushups quantity. Take 7 pushups daily. After 2 weeks you see your body is totally changing. your breast and tummy are flat. It's a really useful exercise for youngsters.

RUNNING

In exercises running will make your stamina. In the start, you will run only 500 meters after some days minimum you Run 1km. After 2 weeks your legs are very smart and your cholesterol is minimum. Running is useful for youngsters and old people.

SIT-STAND

Sit-stand is very healthy exercise for your knees. In newly starting, you will only 15 sit stand. After some days increase the quantity of sit-stand. This exercise will make your legs and leg muscles. I hope you will try.

JUMPING

Jumping is basically feet exercise. You will 10 jumps daily So, your feet so quickly work. Try jumping with a cotton cloth or these type of material. Jumping is useful for children and youngsters.

ROLLUP

Roll up is very useful exercise for all ages . in this you lay down on the floor and up your shoulders and toch feets. This type of exercise will make you healthy and shoulders are regular work.
