Yes. I find a alternating, slow combination of cobra and plough poses really stretch the main areas which affect the spine during computer sitting. After doing several minute routine of these two poses my finger and foot pain go away and I can type without pain. You are helping to motivate me to take my yoga practice more seriously. I mean, this IS the friggin' SPINE we're talking about here. Also, the plough pose GREATLY helps to unlock the tension in the upper-back and neck area, which is where all of the pent up negative emotions seem to be solidified in the body. As you increase the flexibility in this region you can literally FEEL the mind loosening up significantly. I MUST get back into my SERIOUS yoga practice.
