RE: 23 Ways I Will Improve My Quality of Life

in #health8 years ago (edited)

Very admirable goals you've set for yourself, @noganoo, and I wish you the utmost success! There was a time when I was totally caught up in politics and the whole doom and gloom mentality, too (I was a hardcore prepper, too; I owned two guns, tons of ammo, enough long-term food & water storage to last for almost a year, precious metals, first aid, solar oven, etc., you name it), but over time I learned to slow down and take a breather.

Life is far too short to spend it worrying over worst-case scenarios that are beyond our control and on all the psychopaths of the world. It made much more sense to me to devote my time into productive activities that would improve my quality of life, and enable me to contribute something meaningful to others. That's why I ultimately sold all my belongings in the US and moved down south to Chile to start a brand new life, and it's one of the very best decisions I've ever made.

Keep up all the great work you're doing, and know that you have people here who are rooting for you!

P.S. I just saw the sweet note you left me two days ago along with the SBD, and I just wanted to say thank you!!! I was really touched by that.

Please feel free to reach me anytime you need some pointers, and I'll be happy to help!
