Hmm, this seems to me a bit of a "ice cream makes people murderers" argument. While there is a correlation of larger buttock muscles and these benefits, I would argue that the lifestyles of women that have built their butts through appropriate diet and exercise is more causational.
This does not take away from the research results, simply a flaw in the interpretation. With the diet and exercise dialed in, all of these benefits can be realized. Lift heavy stuff and eat real food, it's a fantastic system :)
