breakfast - pear, chia seed, green tea
lunch - grilled cheese on whole grain toast, lettuce, tomato, ham, apple, iced tea
supper - salmon burger, egg, cracker, chunks of black pepper, asparagus, lemon, butter :) pasta, olives, tea
will have snack of popcorn , butter tonight :)
