Very well explained topic that is actually a difficult physiology concept involving high pressure to lower pressure in the vacsculature. I need to always consider this in my differential more often! Doppler is nice because you usually get a coratid Doppler anyway on the stoke workup. Cool.

I got in second time, really it is hard concept to understand, trying to explain it toke some effort and time.
I see you still have some time to take a look in steemit with the new job, usually first days is the busiest.

haha I got accepted to my job, but I don't start until June. Still have 1 month of school left then 1 month of vacation!
