Sleeping is a phenomena that is happening to all of us everyday. Sleeping in pair might happen and it might not but still remains the question, whether we will be more energized if we do the process in pairs ???

A recent study in Science suggests that sleep may serve to wash the brain of harmful waste products that build up during the day. Medical researchers observed an increased flow of cerebrospinal fluid in mice that were sleeping or anesthetized. This fluid carries away waste proteins, including one linked to Alzheimer’s disease.
Scientist say that A good night’s rest may literally clear the mind. Using mice, researchers showed for the first time that the space between brain cells may increase during sleep, allowing the brain to flush out toxins that build up during waking hours. These results suggest a new role for sleep in health and disease. The study was funded by the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS), part of the NIH.
“Sleep changes the cellular structure of the brain. It appears to be a completely different state,” said Maiken Nedergaard, M.D., D.M.Sc., co-director of the Center for Translational Neuromedicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, and a leader of the study.
For centuries, scientists and philosophers have wondered why people sleep and how it affects the brain. Only recently have scientists shown that sleep is important for storing memories. In this study, Dr. Nedergaard and her colleagues unexpectedly found that sleep may be also be the period when the braincleanses itself of toxic molecules.

I'm one of those people that really crave a good nights sleep to function well the next day. I definitely think it helps clear the mind and flush from toxins.
I guess just like a mobile has to be put to charge so do we, putting ourselves in this sleeping state might be the most effective way to do so as it allows for complete relaxation for both body and mind .
I think I sleep better next to my wife, I feel more relaxed, luckily she doesn't snore haha

If for me sleep is very enjoyable if we are in trouble with it we fall asleep then the sense of difficulty is lost even though only temporarily have shared things that I can learn

I always perform better when I sleep for 5hrs in the night. Not less and not more.
I cannot said I will be energized sleeping in pair @tatjanastan. But I do agree with enough rest and sleep can help our body to rejuvenated and our kidney and liver can function well. Very good sharing. Can I use this for my bff who only sleeps 2 hours. Thank you in advance.
