Thank you for the kind words. I read somewhere eating is 80% of the battle while exercising is a mere 20%. Indeed, a lot of people don't understand that if you work out for hours at the gym and then have an unhealthy meal that the whole effort is sabotaged - the whole good calorie bad calorie factor. I am learning that with steemit, you need quite a lot of patience and need to be consistent with the post.
