I think its also important to have discipline , and not just eat because of the time of day . The body will always know . I think we've been conditioned to believe that you must eat according to the clock , and just from my own experiences have found that the three meals a day routine is deeply flawed . I was overweight , had high cholesterol , high blood pressure , and my doctor told me that I was a perfect candidate for a heart attack ⁉️I ate McDonald's and Pizza all the time , and comforted myself by saying "well pizza has tomatoes in it , and a Big Mac has lettuce so in a way I was eating healthy "But my younger brother having a quadruple bipass and almost dying WOKE ME UP ❗️I have lost 40 lbs and only eat when I'm hungry , and the only reason I look at the clock when it comes to meals is because you don't want to eat to close to bedtime , for this is a very bad habit .
