I just wanted to add that "Dark chocolate is technically 85% or more.
In the US, anything above 50% is considered dark. You will not get the benefits with this 50% "Dark" chocolate.
It is far too high in sugar.
Also be careful to read labels for things like soy lecithin, artificial flavors and other toxic additives.
