How to lose 1 pound a week, no gym.

The fitness industry is basically designed to keep everyone fat, except the person selling you something. The person selling you something is usually extremely fit and good looking. Every year theres a new tea, shake, wrap, supplement, superfood, green juice, or gadget. Every year the obesity rate seems to get higher and higher, why is that? With all the new technology and all the new weight loss products, why aren't people actually losing weight?

Its very simple when you look at the fitness industry for what it is, its all bullshit. At the heart of the bullshit lies money, think about this. If I developed a safe to consume single pill that gave you your ideal body in 1 day would there be any need for the fitness industry? No, the whole industry would disappear. Losing weight is purposely made to seem complex just to deter you from actually losing weight. Multiple industries from medical, fitness, food, and drug would prefer people to be overweight. That way they get to make more money!

Today is your lucky day, I'm going to give you that pill that gives you your ideal body. The pill will come in the form of information and it only works for those who are willing.

First everyone has a different body type therefore every has different macronutrient an caloric requirements. To find out how many macronutrients you need for the day so go over to http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/macronutrients_calculator.htm input your body type and it will give you your macronutrients. For example my macros are:

Protein: 220g
Carbs: 170
Fat: 80

That equates to about 2200 calories per day.

So I need 2200 per day just to maintain my current size, in order for me to lose 1 pound every week I simply have to be at a calorie deficit.

For each pound I want to lose I would have to burn 3500 calories.

Since we want to lose weight without going to the gym all we have to do is deduct 500 calories from the total number of calories we need during the day.

Instead of me eating 2200 calories per day, I will now eat 1700. That will put me at a daily calorie deficit of 500 calories.

-500 * 7 days = -3500 calories in 1 week!
-3500 calories = -1 pound

Very simple stuff, with this information you will never have to spend another dollar TRYING to lose weight. If you have any questions regarding weight loss my username on here is @superposition
