It's really worth doing :) I do not have a juicer, so I sometimes made a salad of rubbed carrots and a little apple. I mixed them, sprinkled sugar and ate. Delicious!
Good technique, but you can invest to buy a juicer because is easy and fast.

There is one of the side of the Street cart that makes fresh Juices, I guess I could try getting one from there in the morning, make be a way adding more fruit and veges into my diet :)

That's a nice idea. It's really ironic when I am sitting right now drinking coffee but that would change as I am not addicted to coffee.
Plus winter is coming here so various fruits and veggies will be available.
Coffe is not too bad, but if you add other sources to stay hydrated you will be fine.
