I was 25 years looked 40+ .

I was 125 KG in weight 275 pounds. I used to work as a consultant - constantly on the road. It wasn't fun and eventually I turned to food - story your hear everyday, fate of millions of people around the world.

Answer was not what I expected - It turned everything I knew on its my head. Countless diets I have tried and failed.. time and again.
Once you see behind the curtains, life won't be the same again. Knowledge is powerful and in today's world there's a lot of noise before you get to the signal. I discovered what humans were naturally designed to eat.
You know the truth when you find it.
. We are constantly told don't eat a low carbohydrate diet, when our body runs on carbohydrates. Our body is naturally designed to eat sugars/ fruits - every single of 100 trillion+ cells in our body runs on sugar.
Would you put diesel in a petrol car?. That's what you are essentially doing when you are avoiding sugars and eating fats and high protein diet. I started a high sugar diet /less of fat and protein. It worked I have lost over 50 Kgs /100 + pounds over 5 years .

You can achieve whatever you can set your mind to. I enjoy sharing what I have learnt with as many people as I can, I think that's the purpose of life to share. But that's a topic of another post.
I think this was worth sharing because there is still 100's of diet information out there that's completely false
