You can get paid for good comments and for voting for good content but what you are doing will bring down your reputation and that will lower you rewards (the number next to your name) When you find good content and upvote, follow> others will return that if you have good original content. Get to know people and you may be surprise that it can be more fun than repeating the same cut and paste message getting people to do the opposite of what you want. Steemit doesn't have monitors or authority to stop what you are doing. They have something worse. The community > the people. Once they keep seeing you paste the same thing you will have a bad name and that means you'll be ignored and all your hard work will be for nothing.
