That's really difficult, I also love Snickers bars especially the ice cream snicker bar 🀣🀣

I believe in moderation, if you're trying to lose weight or just improve your health, you can try staying away from sugar let's say for 7 days. If it works then increase it to 14 and so forth and so on.
Before you know it you may last a few months without sugar πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ˜Š

I agree with @gflfitness (as usual) - moderation is a great technique, and the longer you stay off sugar the easier it will become to live without it 😊
