I never meditated but been reading on how to because I really want to start but I know nothing about it. I always wondered if it really helps. I have a few friends who says it helps. After reading your advice, I think i'm going to try now because it seems to help. Thanks for sharing the advice.

It really helps. The first step is to read as much as possible about it, step two is to practice it. Consistency leads to results! You will be surprised! Try to do it for at least 10 min a day. And then you keep increasing your time as you get comfortable with the practice.
