Careful with vitamins. If they're making you feel great, go for it. But most are water-soluble which means if you are dehydrated, it will be harder to get rid of the extra and toxicity of calcium and b6 can cause huge health issues. Wishing you the best, it's awesome to see this community support personal goals!
