Why flat feet is bad for you?!
On this post I will share own experience and some facts about flat food and related issue.
So a few years ago I start to feel some pain in my right knee. First time it was occasional pain not significant and I don't care about it.
But day after day I feel my knee more and more. And I to to a doctor. In my country health care is totally free and covered by government in same time we also have a paid clinics.
I decide spend some money and go to the paid clinic.
Doctors was have a look and prescribe some test and forward me to another specialists.
After passing all specialists and test they start me send again and again to another one and if see what they actually wants just money. Anyway they have to make some diagnosis what I have some osteochondrosis and what it's don't have a cure.
I let idea about treatment. But later my pain start to appear in different parts of legs. like feet hip.
I forgot to say what I have a 3 times training in a gym per week. And for this time my training will have more pain than gain. And I start evade some exercises like squads.
Appear some spinal pain forge me and my movements, especially in morning time.
So not far ago I find a doctor what have a quick fleeting glance to me make easy tests and say what I have a flat foot issue.
For my situation he prescribe to me special soles and special training directed to recover my stabilization muscles and increase blood flow in damaged parts.
Actually I don't have a big expectations what this will help me. But I follow all instructions and after few days and training I feel some body changes.
But one day approx 3 weeks later I had to stand up from chair without any pain in my knee. It was so amazing because I had leave years in pain and simple treatments become me to healthy life.
Now you hear my story and by this reason I want say to you about importance check yourself and if you have, your children too.

What are the symptoms of flat feet?
- Foot pain:
- This may be almost anywhere in the foot, depending on which part of the arch is dropping and which tendons are stretched or injured.
- Pain may involve the whole foot or ankle, or just parts of it.
- It is typically felt just inside the ankle, on the outer edge of the foot or in the arch itself.
- The altered placement of the foot on the ground can then lead to pain in the calf, knee, thigh, hip or spine.
- Over-pronation frequently leads to ankle pain and Achilles tendinopathy.
- Foot stiffness.
- Uneven wearing of shoes.
- The sensation of foot flatness or imbalance (particularly if only one foot is affected).
Сomplications of flat feet:
- Сan increasingly lead to pain further up the legs and in the back. This may include muscular pains, joint pains and inflammation of the tendons (for example, Achilles tendinopathy and plantar fasciitis).
- bunions,
- calluses,
- hammer toes
- blisters
- The loss of impact absorption as a result, overuse injuries such as shin splints (tibial stress fractures) are more likely.
I think I count enough reason and symptoms to have visit your doctor(orthopedist).
Don't try to healing by yourself because it's very individual and need control.
The good news, if you have flat feet - you will not get into the army)

Профилактические стельки или компенсационные в помощь, а так же к врачу обратись, что бы выяснить какое именно плоскостопие.
а затем принимать терапевтические меры.
