Try drinking 2-3 liters of water a day for a few weeks, and let the results speak for themselves!

I can say you notice a change.About 2 months ago only drank pop juice now only water during day and makes you fell 100% better

That's great to hear, I know it can be quite hard to switch to only drinking water but you are a great example!
