This is the one I got. It has these little cotton sticks you switch out. I've had it for a while. It has these little cotton sticks you switch out that you can buy in bulk. When you first get it you'll probably want to prep it by running it a couple of times before you actually really start to need it because the cotton swab absorbs the moisture and sends it through the top. It does auto turn off but also turns off when it runs out of water. It usually can last 5-ish hours. The spray is pretty strong so don't keep papers too close to it lol

BUt I think any one that has a strong mist, you'll be good, or you could get a big humidifier that helps with the entire room. This will only just help the immediate vicinity.
But definitely see if your eye doctor can get you a prescription eye drop. If you're running the heat a lot or it's too cold or you've got some dust, maybe that might be the case. If you're working at home could you maybe switch out your air filter? Maybe there's some allergens that aren't getting caught
For me my dry eyes get worse in winter because of the heat being on. I even buy a face spray.
