I am fascinated by the gut microbiome. I have had success treating anxiety, depression, weight and sensory processing issues through greater biodiversity (via pro and prebiotic supplementation and removal of certain foods). It's amazing when we look at the earth as full of various colonies, and then our bodies as full of various colonies. Amazing.
