Importance of exercise:
Exercise is very important to stay healthy. It has a very pleasant effect on the human body's strength. During exercise, blood increases to a reasonable extent. Exercise exemplary waste is also valid the body's body is eliminated by sweat urine and waste. Human lungs work fine. It is also a exercise to take long breathing in the open air and taking fresh air out of fresh air.
Exercise not only circulates blood in all the body but also in the mind that represents body and body. Exercise hunger increases. Exercise is very good for heart.

1)This exercise make our stomach healthy:
Stand up and open both feet almost 1 feet. Wear up the arm and then touch the ground between the feet with bending bows down. Do not let go in knees then rise up in the first position. Do this exercise daily 10 times.
2) This exercise reduce muscle pain and make them strong:
Stand straight Get feet With arm arm Right-knocking dragging down with both hands drag it towards corruption. The body is straightforward. After keeping the right leg down the same lift the left up and drag towards the stomach. Keep on the same way. After lifting the right count one exercise thus doing this exercise every 10 times a day.
3) This exercise make our back bone strong:
Stand straight. Approximately 1 feet are open. With the arm aspect bend the head to the right. Take the right hand leg as much as possible then come back in the first position. Similarly bend the head to the left and take the left hand leg and bottom as well. Drop left and once once in that way. Daily 10 times.
4) This exercise make our shoulder strong:
Straighten up and open the foot about 1 feet. With arm arm Then move the right arm forward in the circle form. Then backwards. Then 20 times daily on the left.
