A plant based diet not only could reduce heart risk failures, but can do so much more for our health. Eating raw, unprocessed foods it has amazing benefits for our mental health as well. Vegetables are very easy to digest and the body doesn't spend that much time trying to decompose them and of course they don't contain "bad" fats, so there's no fat that can be deposited on organs.
