How to avoid toxins in your daily life...

in #health8 years ago (edited)

Toxic chemicals everywhere- oh my!! Toxins are in our water, food, home and air!!!!!  These nasty toxins cause disease by disrupting our hormones.  Autoimmune diseases, cancers, and other diseases can occur when our immune system is compromised and toxins are in our body!!

Stop the poisons, flood the body with nutrients, and decrease stress!! Fluoride is just one of many toxins we put in our body everyday!  You can't eliminate all of the toxins, but you can certainly try your best to limit the toxins and increase your nutrients!!

Some of the most important toxins to get rid of are in cleaning products, laundry detergents, and dish washing cleaners!!  Also, there are toxins in personal products like deodorant, toothpaste, makeup, perfume, nail polish, and lotion!!  The toxins you put on your body go in your body!!  Ever wonder why medication patches work? Because it's a great way to get it into your body!!!!

Then there is the processed junk we eat.  Our body doesn't know what all that stuff is since it's made in the lab!! Also a lot of real food is sprayed with poisons and our meat is laced with antibiotics and hormones. Make sure to read ingredient labels!  If you don't know what it is then don't buy it!! We need to be eating food from local farmers, where you know where your food comes from and what is put on it!!

These are just a few ways to decrease toxins!!! It doesn't need to be done in one day, but you can slowly transition to a toxin free lifestyle!!!  When you run out of something, simply replace it with a toxin free item! Eliminating toxins is simple, but unfortunately it is not easy!!!  Your health and well being is definitely worth the inconvenience though!

I love to post about toxin free living, health, nutrition, supplements, and essential oils!!

this post is very informative! :) it is a bit to much fear factor going on though. Using fear is not so good commercial :) How about changing the headline to something like this: "How to avoid toxins in your daily life" This is just an idea though :) Do it as you like it.

Thank you for the good advice! I changed the title! I'm glad you liked the content!!

it is really good content, so it is important to make it look perfect on the first impression so that it does not drown in all the information.
