If you're currently on a fat loss journey or trying to get a little more lean and toned, I'm sure you can relate with the struggle of stubborn fat. Everyone's is unique, storing and losing fat from different parts of their body at varying times.
For me, my problem areas are my thighs and arms. This is the first time in my life where I've had defined arms and I am honestly so proud of myself. It was only a few months ago that I was telling myself "Sez, you're just one of those girls that aren't meant to have lean arms". It's with a few minor, but imperative tweaks to my diet and fitness regime that I've been able to get my body to a place it's never been before. Sure I don't have the most defined, sculpted arms in the gym. But for me, I am so so happy with my progress!

Could it be from doing higher weightlifting instead of doing max reps? And by the way, I think your body is perfect
