You might think its impossible to eat anything you want without actually getting fat, don't you? well... listen carefully IT IS NOT IMPOSSIBLE and here is the simple secret to actually lose fat while eating carbs, proteins and fats to help achieve your goals:
the key of losing fat is on the distribution of your plate, if you want to lose fat make sure to divide your plate in 3 sections, two of them must be proteins, vegetables or fats these kind of aliments do not rise your insulin levels , and the last section would be a portion of carbs, it can be rice, bread, potatoes, pasta...whatever you prefer but always make sure that this portion is smaller than your proteins, veggies and saturated fats. Your plate must look like this:
