Muscular pain or Mallega is a very common problem, which is almost all in the lifetime. There are some common reasons for muscle tension and excessive physical activity pain.
Naturally there are many ways to treat muscular pain at home. One such popular and herbal remedy is Peppermint. This herb is pleasant and it produces oil, which is used worldwide for the treatment of body, health and mind. Peppermint oil is used to relieve many health conditions, including symptoms of common cold, cramping, headache, dysentery, joint pain and nausea. Peppermint oil contains about 28 to 48 percent of menthol. It is strong, cleanses the head and is stimulating, while at the same time it is cold, soothing and refreshing too. It is painkiller, anti-stimulant and anti-spicedic that helps in relief from pain and swelling and muscle intestines. There are several ways to use this essential oil to relieve muscle pain. Some of them are given below- Peppermint oil find such relief immediately after muscle pain
1) For massage
Peppermint oil can be used if pain is too high and due to physical stress. It sets a series of molecular events in muscles that support reverse inconvenience related to exercise. Peppermint oil is an effective painkiller and works to rest in muscles Massage with peppermint oil Heats skin and muscles in the affected area and spreads to lactic acid which causes pain. The oil smell enters the brain through the nose, body and skin and is corrected through the system. Mix 2 drops of peppermint oil, 4 drops of margarum and 2 sandalwood drops, 20 ml of sweet almond oil can also be mixed for massage.
2) For Bathing
You can also use peppermint oily for bathing. This is a great way to get comfort. During the bath clean and open the hole in the skin, it easily absorbs the oil. Mix 2 drops of peppermint oil, 4 drops of cumin and 4 drop lavender oil in hot bath water. Leave for a while. It relaxes the body and muscles, and makes the muscles hardness and pain easy.
For cold compress
Cold compresses are used to treat pain and swelling. Peppermint has analgesic properties that help reduce swelling and inconvenience. Just soak in ice cubes and pour 5-6 drops of oil in it. Place it on a painful area for 10-20 minutes and repeat the procedure if necessary.
